It’s the Great Room that is also the Office area and, as we all know, the hub of the house!
The problem with this room was, not only was it too cluttered, it distracted from the wall of windows that overlooked the resort-style backyard, in ground pool and all. Using their existing furniture that was elsewhere in the house, and purging of some items, we created a much more inviting, fabulous space for family gatherings. Now that’s a transformation! BEFORE

This property was stunning on its own. A newly renovated estate in Rockliffe Park.
The one main concern was a huge space on the main floor, with pillars along one side. No one could seem to imagine what to do with this floor plan. We created two beautiful areas, a Dining Room and elegant, yet contemporary Living Room. One wall was all windows overlooking the entire backyard, so we kept the furniture light with soft accent colours to bring the outside in. Previously having sat on the market for over one year, once we staged it, the property sold within 3 months.

Have you ever been in a situation where you have moved into a house and plopped your furniture the first place you saw fit and never moved it again? That’s what happened to these homeowners and many years later, when it came time to sell, we had to change that for them. We used furniture they had in storage and put it to good use to create this lovely sitting room right off the Kitchen. With the proper placement of artwork, it really helped to frame the fireplace thereby creating more of a focal point.
