A brand new build in Manor Park. This property was on the market while it was being built.

The space wasn’t large and it was difficult for buyers to see the real potential of this room. We created a fabulous sitting area, geared towards the fireplace and TV wall. What you can’t see is the perfect desk area under the stairs. Roaming in from the kitchen area, this space wowed everyone that walked in and it was totally functional!

This property, not far from the Ottawa River Parkway, was tenant occupied.

A lovely, sprawling bungalow on a corner lot. The tenants, however, had purchased their furniture from garage sales and picked up a few pieces from the end of driveways on garbage day. This was not acceptable to the homeowner. We brought in the proper furnishings and positioned them, along with gorgeous original artwork, to showcase the fireplace focal point of this room. It was a win-win all the way around.

It’s the Great Room that is also the Office area and, as we all know, the hub of the house!

The problem with this room was, not only was it too cluttered, it distracted from the wall of windows that overlooked the resort-style backyard, in ground pool and all. Using their existing furniture that was elsewhere in the house, and purging of some items, we created a much more inviting, fabulous space for family gatherings. Now that’s a transformation! BEFORE
