Perfect for a big family, the large entertaining-sized rooms needed to be warmed up. We created our design based on the somewhat traditional ceiling paint colour in the Dining Room et voila! Mixed metals and plush furnishings makes this property a must-have!

While the exterior frontage looks narrow, it is surprisingly spacious on the inside. Being anxious to view the space, the interior was disappointingly dated. Clearly a home that was well loved, but never maintained. Renovations were not in the budget, so with fresh paint and a new look, we truly transformed this property into an up and coming space. Simply lovely with an outstanding view of the pond!

The builders wanted to capture simple yet trendy, affordable, compact space in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods. The staging of this space literally doubled the size of this interior,  resulting in a sale within 2 weeks!
